WAW Customers can receive their statements electronically with our eStatement service.

eStatements

eStatement benefits

eStatements are a fast, easy and convenient way to receive your account information and are simply a digital version of what you would normally receive in the mail.

There are many great reasons to switch to eStatements:

  • Less paper means they are better for the environment.
  • Being stored online means you can access them whenever you want (24/7 access).
  • No more hunting for statements at tax time.
  • You will receive them up to 10 days earlier than a paper-based statement. No more waiting for the mailman.
  • There is no cost for eStatements.

 

Not registered for Netlink internet banking?

To switch to eStatements, you need to be registered for Netlink internet banking. Even if you have some reservations about online security you can still have ‘view-only’ access via Netlink to your accounts. This means that no one can make any online transactions on your accounts and you can still have the convenience of being able to track any activity that is happening on them. For example you can see if your pay or other allowance has been credited, or if that direct debit for the council rates was processed or simply what your current account balance is.

To register to for Netlink, download a registration form. Return your completed form to us by email to info@wawcu.com.au, fax to 0260 228 400 or mail to WAW at PO Box 568 Wodonga VIC 3689. Alternatively you can just call into any WAW Service Centre  and staff can organise the rest of your registration for you.
