Access Netlink via your Mobile Phone

With the rapid increase in the popularity of internet-enabled Smartphones and tablets it is no surprise that more and more people are using them for their financial transactions as well. Our new Mobile Netlink service provides a convenient, secure way for you to transact online wherever you are.

How to access Mobile Netlink

If you are already registered for Netlink Internet banking you also have access to using Mobile Netlink. There are no additional forms to be completed. You access Mobile Netlink by typing www.wawcu.com.au into your browser. You will automatically be redirected to Mobile Netlink site and need to enter the same security details as normal (your member number and password); however, you will not be required to enter your date of birth as is the case for Netlink. Alternatively, you can visit the Apple iTunes Store or Google Play to download the WAW phone app.

Using Mobile Netlink

  • The availability of Mobile Netlink may be affected by your telecommunication connection in order to access this service. As a result, WAW Credit Union cannot guarantee that you will be able to access Mobile Netlink at all times.
  • Not all standard Internet banking functions may be available.
  • Not all mobile phones will allow you to access Internet banking
  • Your normal Internet and mobile phone charges will continue to apply.
  • You do not require any special ‘applications/apps’ to access Mobile Netlink. Users simply require access to the Internet via their mobile phone.
  • You must not disclose your username or password to any other person as this may increase your liability in the event of a fraudulent transaction.
  • You should only access Mobile Netlink from your own mobile device.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining adequate security on all devices accessing Internet banking services.
