Chiltern

Pictured above are, from left: Levena Kay, David McCrum and Cassy Clowes.
Chiltern MSC opened in 1993. It is situated in Conness Street next to the IGA supermarket. We also operate a Customer Service Centre for Indigo Shire which mainly comprises payments for rates, dog registrations and aged care services. In addition, we receive many enquiries which need to be referred to the relevant Shire departments. Our member base mainly comprises local business and their employees, retirees and pensioners. Chiltern also provides residence for many people who commute for employment.
The major local employer is the Logic Centre at Barnawartha North. Chiltern boasts 10 Antique/ Secondhand/ Gift shops which attract people looking for something from the past. We support a range of local community functions including the IronBark Festival, the Rodeo, the Antique Fair and several smaller sporting and community groups.
David McCrum, SMSO/Loans Officer - I have been with WAW 4 years, most of that time at Chiltern MSC. I now have over 30 years working in the Finance industry. Married to Vicki for 30 years, we have 3 children: Sarah 27 (teacher), Jarrod 25 (Accountant) and Nikita 21 (Retail).  In my spare time I enjoy fishing, tennis, and developing our garden.
Cassy Clowes, P/T MSO - I have been with WAW for 4 years. I first started in Albury full-time, then moved to Chiltern part-time to fit in with my family. My husband Ash is a truck driver and we have two children, Jessy (11) and Billy (8). We have a zoo consisting of Spud the dog, Oscar the cat, Bird (that’s her name), and Hymie the blue-tongue lizard. Our family is busy with kids playing sport, renovating (which seems endless),  gardening, and the occasional trip away.
Levena Kay, P/T MSO - I have been with WAW for 3½ years and prior to that I was a stay-at-home mum for 8 years. I have been married to Greg for nearly 16 years and we have 3 beautiful kids, twin girls Madeleine & Charlotte 10 and our son Harry 9. We are all passionate Geelong members and try to go to as many games as possible. Go Cats! In our spare time, we love to get the caravan out and go away. My passions outside of work and kids are reading, socialising and travel. Oh, and following some gorgeous singing dude who used to be lead singer of the Australian band Savage Garden around the country!
