WAW Customer Benefit Program (CBP)


The WAW Customer Benefit Program (CBP) rewards customers based on the amount of banking they have with WAW. Each month a CBP reward is calculated using the average daily balance of all deposit or loan sub-accounts attached to a particular account.

The reward available is used to rebate eligible transaction fees generated by the account for that month. Importantly, for customers with lower average daily balances WAW provides a mix of fee-free transactions each month to deliver low or or fee-free banking facilities.

Benefits cannot be transferred to another account, exceed fees in any month or be accrued.

Transaction Fees Rebatable Under the CBP

The transaction fees listed immediately below are calculated and debited monthly and are eligible for rebate under the CBP.

The following account types do not attract transaction fees: S2 Star Saver, S13 Community Care, S14 Special Care, S15 Star Performer, S18 Club & Society Transaction, S19 Club & Society eSaver & S22 SchooLINK Star Saver.

The S21 eAccess account also does not attract fees rebatable under the CBP excluding those incurred for over-the-counter transactions.
